Purpose & scope
NightPulse is committed to a creator community built on safety, honesty, respect and sustainable growth. These policies apply to applicants, creators, managers, contractors and anyone using NightPulse channels, events, services or community spaces.
They cover conduct that happens through NightPulse spaces and conduct elsewhere where it materially affects creator safety, the integrity of the network or NightPulse's legitimate interests. Everyone is expected to follow applicable law, TikTok rules and any reasonable safety or compliance direction from NightPulse.
Respect & anti-bullying
Bullying, harassment, discrimination and targeted abuse have no place at NightPulse. This applies whether conduct is public, private, direct, indirect, repeated or carried out through another person.
Prohibited conduct includes
- Threats, intimidation, humiliation, coercion, stalking or persistent unwanted contact.
- Abusive comments about a person's race, nationality, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age or other protected characteristic.
- Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual attention or sharing sexual material without consent.
- Dogpiling, encouraging followers to target somebody, coordinated reporting or deliberate exclusion intended to harm.
- Doxxing, exposing private information or threatening to expose private information.
- Mocking a person under the guise of “banter” after they have made clear that the conduct is unwelcome.
- Retaliating against someone who raises a genuine concern, supports a report or participates in a review.
Disagreement and fair criticism are not automatically bullying. Context, frequency, power imbalance, impact and intent may all be considered. Creators should challenge ideas without attacking people.
Authentic engagement
NightPulse supports real audience relationships. Artificial engagement damages creator trust, misleads brands and platforms, and can put accounts at risk.
Creators must not
- Buy, sell, rent or exchange fake followers, fake likes, fake comments, fake shares, fake gifts or fake LIVE viewers.
- Use bots, scripts, click farms, device farms, automated viewing systems or traffic-manipulation services.
- Take part in coordinated “follow-for-follow,” engagement-pod or viewing schemes intended to misrepresent genuine interest.
- Fabricate, edit or selectively present analytics, earnings, screenshots or performance evidence in a misleading way.
- Ask another person to manipulate metrics on their behalf or knowingly benefit from manipulation without reporting it.
- Impersonate another creator or create deceptive accounts to inflate reach or mislead audiences.
Unexpected suspicious activity should be reported promptly. NightPulse will consider credible evidence and will not assume wrongdoing solely because an account experiences an unexplained spike.
Safety & safeguarding
NightPulse recruits adult creators aged 18 or over. Everyone must behave responsibly around children, young people and vulnerable persons and must comply with platform age restrictions.
- Never exploit, groom, sexualise or place a child or vulnerable person at risk.
- Do not seek unnecessary private contact, personal information, images or meetings with a minor.
- Do not encourage dangerous challenges, self-harm, violence, illegal activity or conduct that creates a foreseeable risk of injury.
- Report an immediate danger to the emergency services. In Ireland, call 112 or 999.
- Report suspected child abuse or serious safeguarding concerns to the appropriate authority as well as NightPulse where safe and appropriate.

Content & platform conduct
Creators are responsible for their content and interactions. Content must comply with law, TikTok rules and NightPulse standards.
- Do not publish unlawful hate, credible threats, non-consensual intimate material or content that promotes exploitation.
- Respect copyright, trade marks, music licences, image rights and other intellectual-property rights.
- Label advertising, sponsorship and gifted products clearly where required.
- Do not make deceptive claims, impersonate NightPulse staff or suggest that NightPulse guarantees performance or earnings.
- Protect confidential information, account credentials and the personal information of others.
Reporting a concern
Email support@nightpulseireland.com with “Formal Concern” in the subject line. Include, where possible:
- Your name and preferred contact details.
- The accounts or people involved.
- What happened, with dates and approximate times.
- Relevant links, screenshots, messages or other evidence.
- Any immediate safety concern and the outcome you are seeking.
Anonymous reports may be considered, although anonymity can limit the action available. Do not place yourself at risk to collect evidence. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
Review & enforcement
NightPulse will triage reports based on urgency and risk. Where appropriate, we may acknowledge the report, preserve relevant information, seek a response, speak with witnesses and review platform or account evidence.
Possible outcomes include guidance, a warning, training, temporary restrictions, removal from a community space, suspension or ending a creator or working relationship. Serious matters may be reported to TikTok, law enforcement, safeguarding authorities or another appropriate body.
Decisions will take account of the available evidence, seriousness, impact, pattern of conduct, cooperation and any relevant mitigating or aggravating factors. Interim protective steps are not a final finding.
Appeals & non-retaliation
A person directly affected by a formal decision may ask for a review by emailing support@nightpulseireland.com. The request should identify the decision, explain why it may be incorrect or unfair and provide any new evidence.
Where practical, an appeal will be considered by someone not responsible for the original decision. NightPulse does not accept retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern or participates honestly in a review.
Privacy & records
Information will be handled on a need-to-know basis and in line with the Privacy Policy. Complete confidentiality cannot be promised where information must be shared to assess a report, protect a person, obtain advice or comply with law.
Records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, dispute handling and legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
