This policy explains how NightPulse handles personal data collected through nightpulseireland.com, creator enquiries, contact forms, applications and related support communications.
2. Information we may collect
- Identity and contact details, such as name, username, email address and location supplied by you.
- Creator and application information, including account links, experience and support requirements.
- Communications, complaints and feedback supplied to NightPulse.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, security logs and cookie preferences.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to respond to requests, assess applications, provide creator support, administer our community, secure our services and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the activity, our legal basis may be consent, steps taken before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests.
5. Sharing
We may use reputable hosting, email, analytics or professional-service providers where necessary. We do not sell personal data. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety or service integrity.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we seek appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections.
7. Retention

NightPulse does not recruit persons under 18 as creators. Where youth or community programmes are offered, separate safeguarding, consent and data-minimisation controls apply.
