NightPulse aims to provide an environment that prioritises welfare, dignity, appropriate boundaries and early reporting of concerns.
Creator eligibility
NightPulse does not recruit people under 18 as creators. Any separate youth or community activity must use age-appropriate arrangements, parental or guardian consent where required, vetted personnel where legally applicable, clear supervision and restricted collection of personal data.
Reporting concerns
Immediate danger should be reported to emergency services. Non-emergency safeguarding concerns connected to NightPulse should be sent privately to support@nightpulseireland.com with “Safeguarding Concern” in the subject line.
Online safety
Do not share a child’s private contact information, precise location, school, passwords or private imagery. Adults must not move youth interactions into undisclosed private channels or request secrecy.
Response
We will record and assess concerns proportionately, preserve relevant information, limit access to those who need it and refer matters to statutory authorities or platforms where appropriate.
