These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of nightpulseireland.com, its forms, links and public information. By using the website, you agree to these terms and to the Policies & Procedures. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
“NightPulse,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to NightPulse Creator Network. “You” means the person accessing the website or submitting information.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply to join NightPulse. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you control or are authorised to represent the relevant creator account, and that you are legally able to enter any agreement later offered.
NightPulse does not encourage creators to breach or leave an existing creator-network or agency agreement. You are responsible for understanding your existing obligations before applying.
Applications
The Apply page links to TikTok's official Creator Network flow. An application is an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, support, earnings, audience growth, access to a particular opportunity or any other outcome.
NightPulse and TikTok may assess eligibility using account information, activity, conduct, platform compliance and other relevant factors. We may request further information or decline an application. Where a separate creator agreement is offered, that agreement will govern the creator relationship and will take priority over these website terms if there is a conflict.
TikTok & third parties
NightPulse is not TikTok and does not control TikTok's platform, eligibility rules, moderation, availability or decisions. TikTok's own terms, policies and privacy information apply when you use TikTok.
The website may link to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, email services and other third-party sites. A link does not guarantee the accuracy, safety or availability of a third-party service. Once you leave this website, the third party's terms and privacy practices apply.
Your responsibilities
You must use the website lawfully, honestly and respectfully. You must not:
- Provide false application information, impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with NightPulse.
- Use bots, fake views, fake follows, automated engagement or manipulated evidence.
- Bully, harass, threaten, discriminate against or target another person.
- Attempt to bypass security, introduce malware, scrape private information or interfere with website operation.
- Infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
- Use NightPulse branding or statements in a way that falsely implies approval, employment, representation or guaranteed results.

Content & rights
The website design, copy, NightPulse name, logo, graphics and other material owned by NightPulse are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, modify or commercially exploit NightPulse material without written permission.
You retain ownership of information and material you submit. You grant NightPulse permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to you, assess an application, protect the network and administer its services, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.
Website availability
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Content may be corrected, changed, removed or moved without notice where appropriate.
General website information is not legal, financial, tax, employment or professional advice. Creator results vary and depend on many factors outside NightPulse's control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, NightPulse is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, inability to access the website, reliance on general information or use of a third-party link.
You remain responsible for your account security, content, legal compliance, tax position, commercial decisions and use of third-party platforms. If a specific written agreement applies to your relationship with NightPulse, liability will be governed by that agreement.
Suspension & ending access
NightPulse may restrict or end access to a website feature, community space or application process where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, suspected misuse or a breach of these terms or policies.
Where a creator relationship exists, suspension or termination will be handled under the applicable creator agreement and policies. A person may raise a concern or appeal a policy decision through the process set out in the Policies & Procedures.
Law, changes & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
NightPulse may update these terms when services, platform requirements or laws change. The current effective date will appear at the top. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
