Users must interact lawfully, respectfully and securely. The following are prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination or targeted abuse.
- Impersonation, misleading affiliation claims or fraudulent submissions.
- Artificial engagement, fake viewers, bots, manipulated performance evidence or dishonest creator metrics.
- Uploading malware, probing security, scraping private information or disrupting the website.
- Publishing another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or platform rules.
NightPulse may remove content, reject submissions, restrict access, preserve evidence or report serious conduct where appropriate. Decisions may be challenged through the complaints and appeals process.
